Using the site

You may browse and use this site for lawful, personal purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or copy our content for resale without permission.

Orders and payment

Submitting the order form is a request to buy; your order is confirmed once we reply and agree payment. Prices are shown in Polish złoty (zł) and may change, but a confirmed order keeps its agreed price. Payment is arranged after confirmation — we never ask for card details through the form.

What you get

We describe each course place as accurately as we can. Access is provided as set out in the Shipping Information page. You're responsible for the details you give us and for keeping your access private.

Intellectual property

The materials we provide are for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell or publish them without our written consent. Names and marks on this site belong to their owners.

Liability

We work hard to deliver as described, but we provide our services "as is" and can't guarantee a specific outcome. To the extent the law allows, Ludivora isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
