Shipping Information

Everything Ludivora sells is digital — a course place delivered online. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge.

How you receive it

After you place an order and we confirm it, we send access details to the email address you gave us. Depending on what you bought, that's a link to your materials, an invitation to your program, or your download.

Timing

We confirm most orders within two working days. Access to on-demand materials and downloads is sent as soon as payment is arranged; access to scheduled programs begins on the start date shown when you ordered.

Didn't arrive?

If you can't find your access email, check your spam folder first, then contact [email protected] and we'll resend it. Please make sure the email address on your order is correct.
